Webpage Design Critique

A good professional web design is the design for yahoo.com.  This website has great design because it is very user friendly.  The average person is able to go to Yahoo and find what they are looking for.  The toolbar on the right allows users to chose from a variety of different topics ranging from sports to weather.  Also the color and layout are basic but provide a lot for the user.  Overall, Yahoo is a very good example of web design.

A good personal web design is the design for http://www.karymullis.com/.  This website is for a Nobel Prize winning doctor.  The layout is very simple with an elegant aspect to it.  The accessibility of the sites other pages is easy with a toolbar up top allowing users to look through the site.  Also their is a picture of the doctor on the front page which allows visitors of the site to get more familiar with him.

A bad web design is the design for http://absurdlycool.com/.  This website has bad web design because there is very small font and a lot of advertisements.  Also it is not very user friendly because the rating system of each deal does not make very much sense.  Overall, the whole layout of this website does not work well or make very much sense.

Instructional Videos

These instructional videos I chose are very good because they walk you through the fundamentals of tennis.  The videos give a very thorough explanation of how to hit different shots in tennis and I am sure anyone could learn something from watching them.  I chose this genre because it interests me and I have used it before and am familiar with it.

Here is my edited interview!!!

I edited it by taking out some of the awkward pauses. There are still a few but for the most part it flows pretty well.  I took the interview without a microphone and the sound quality was still pretty good. :)
